Bill assisted us in defining our criteria and the geographic footprint for our search. He then walked us through the process of choosing the properties we wanted to view. Once we had selected a property, his level of involvement increased. He assisted with the contract, the property evaluation, and even assisted us with the financing options and made our experience a successful one.
